Richard Reese is chairman and chief executive officer at Iron Mountain. Reese joined Iron Mountain as president in 1981 when the company was privately held and posted $3 million in annual revenue. Under his leadership, Iron Mountain has grown to more than $2.1 billion in annualized revenue and has become the leader in records management and information protection. Prior to joining Iron Mountain, Reese lectured on entrepreneurship at Harvard Business School and provided consulting services to small- and medium-sized emerging companies. He is a former president and director of PRISM International, a trade association of records management companies. Reese holds bachelor's and master's degrees in ceramic engineering from Clemson University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.

President and Chief Operating Officer


Bob Brennan was named president and chief operating officer of Iron Mountain in November 2005. As COO, Mr. Brennan is responsible for developing and implementing operating strategies designed to drive growth and enhance customer service on a global basis and to ensure consistency and efficiency throughout the organization. He manages the day-to-day operations of the Company's North American, European and Latin American business units as well as the enterprise support functions of human resources and information technology. Brennan had served as president of North America since joining the Company in November 2004. He joined Iron Mountain through the acquisition of Connected Corporation, where he served as Chief Executive Officer. Before Connected Corporation, Brennan was a general manager with Cisco Systems; he also served as CEO of American Internet prior to its acquisition by Cisco, and was vice president, general manager for Merisel, a distributor of software and microcomputer products. Brennan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Manhattan College.

John Kenny

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer


John Kenny was appointed chief financial officer in 1997. He joined Iron Mountain as a vice president in 1991 and has held numerous operational roles including vice president, northern region. Prior to his appointment as CFO, Kenny was vice president, corporate development, in which role he was responsible for the company's acquisition program. Before joining Iron Mountain, he was a vice president with CS First Boston Merchant Bank in New York where he was responsible for risk capital investments. He has also served as a director and as treasurer of PRISM International. Kenny holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
 
 
Joseph DeSalvo
Senior Vice President and Chief Security Officer


Joseph DeSalvo joined the company as senior vice president and chief security officer (CSO) in January 2007, with more than 16 years of experience in corporate security and investigative services. A former FBI Special Agent, DeSalvo's security experience includes serving as CSO at Charles Schwab & Co. and as vice president of corporate security at Bankers Trust Company. Most recently, DeSalvo provided security expertise as a consultant to companies in the financial services, healthcare, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries, the focus of his practice being the development of strategic plans for his clients' corporate security and safety, fraud prevention, information security, crisis management and disaster recovery programs. DeSalvo holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.

President, Americas


John Connors is responsible for developing Iron Mountain's business in the Americas, a position he has held since January 2007. Connors joined Iron Mountain in March 2005 as executive vice president, sales and marketing. With more than 25 years of general management experience, Connors has served as president of Merisel, Inc., a $6 billion global leader in PC distribution, as well as CEO of a number of successful technology companies, most recently at IntrinsiQ Research, Inc. Named one of the "Top 25 Executives" by Computer Reseller News, Connors also served as chairman of CompTIA, the PC industry trade association. Connors earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University.
 
 
Marc Duale
President, Iron Mountain Europe


Marc Duale was appointed president of Iron Mountain Europe in May 2006. A French native, Duale joins Iron Mountain with more than 25 years of international leadership experience. Most recently, Duale was the managing director of Reuter's Asia Pacific operations. Prior to Reuters, Duale served as COO of DHL Worldwide Express' Asia-Pacific and Middle East business, with responsibilities spanning more than 50 countries. He was previously director of DHL's business in Western Europe and North Africa. Duale also brings operational experience in high volume, service-based businesses. At American Express, Duale served in many capacities - in both New York and Paris - including vice president of strategic planning, vice president of marketing and sales, and general manager for corporate cards and travel services. He also spent several years as a business management consultant and project manager for The Boston Consulting Group. Duale's academic achievements include an engineering degree from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

John Clancy

President, Iron Mountain Digital


John Clancy was appointed president of Iron Mountain Digital, the technology arm of Iron Mountain, in January 2007. He is responsible for developing and driving the strategy and execution of the digital business unit, which provides comprehensive data protection and e-records management services. In December 2004, Clancy joined Iron Mountain as executive vice president, digital, following Iron Mountain's acquisition of Connected Corporation. Previously, Clancy was chief operating officer of Connected Corporation where he was responsible for Connected's revenue, go-to-market strategy and overall operational excellence. Prior to his position as COO, Clancy served as Connected's senior vice president of worldwide sales and marketing. Clancy has also held senior sales management positions with SilverStream Software, Number Nine Visual Technology and the Merisel Open Computing Alliance. Clancy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Assumption College.
 
 
Robert G. Miller
Group President, Asia Pacific


Robert Miller was appointed group president, Asia Pacific in January 2007 and is responsible for developing Iron Mountain's aggressive expansion within the Asia Pacific region. Over the past 19 years, Miller has served in numerous executive positions with the Company, including: president of Iron Mountain Records Management, Inc., one of Iron Mountain's largest business units; chief operating officer, and executive vice president. Miller joined Iron Mountain through the Company's acquisition of Bell & Howell Records Management Company in 1988. Miller attended the University of South Carolina and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. He also attended the INSEAD Asia International Executive Program.
 
 
Linda A. Rossetti
Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Administration


Linda Rossetti joined Iron Mountain as the executive vice president of human resources and administration in May 2006. In this role, Rossetti is responsible for overseeing the corporate human resources function for Iron Mountain's more than 18,000 employees. In addition, Ms. Rossetti leads our procurement function and the project management office for the enterprise. Prior to joining IRM, Rossetti served as group director of the Healthcare Consultancy Division of Perot Systems Corporation. Prior to that, she was founder and CEO of EMaven, Inc., a venture capital backed technology-consulting firm that was acquired by Perot. Rossetti holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simmons College and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
 
 
Greg Nicastro
Executive Vice President, Integrated Solutions & Development


Greg Nicastro was appointed executive vice president, Integrated Solutions and Development in January 2007. Here, he is responsible for developing technology-based products and services addressing the secure, compliant management of both physical and digital records. Previously, he served as senior vice president of product management and software development. Nicastro joined Iron Mountain following the Company's acquisition of Connected Corporation in 2004. At Connected, he served as vice president, corporate development and product strategy, where he was charged with moving the company from founder-driven development to market requirements-driven development with a heavy emphasis on product management workflow. Prior to Connected, Nicastro spent 20 years in product management, sales, channels and P&L management with companies such as Predictive Systems, Sun Microsystems and Digital Equipment Corporation. Nicastro holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston University.
